Salt therapy (also known as halotherapy or speleotherapy) has been around for years. Today, people still spend time in salt caves to ease respiratory problems. Salt rooms and salt spas are gaining in popularity, and the Ukraine and Romania even have clinics where patients sleep in an alcove carved out of salt. You may have seen ionic salt lamps, but we think we have found something even better: a salt inhaler!
Just fill the inhaler with the included Himalayan rock salt
(rich in minerals and trace elements!) inhale and breathe out through your nose. Using it a few times a day will offer relief from allergies, asthma, colds, bronchitis and other respiratory issues. It couldn't be easier!
The "Salitair" model is made of plastic to make it easier and lighter to carry when you travel. Mouthpiece can be removed for cleaning and refilling.
