If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Please call us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise must be in good condition with the original box, parts and instructions. We will issue a refund to your credit card; if you paid by check, you will receive your refund by check. You can also choose to receive a credit toward another purchase. We suggest that you send merchandise via UPS, Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, or other traceable method. Expensive items should be insured.

 We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if the item is not in good condition or is missing parts. Austin imposes a $25 restocking fee on returns of its air filters (unless defective). A few other items have restocking fees, which are noted in the individual product descriptions. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is defective.

Supplements and food items, Respro masks, and I Can Breathe masks are not refundable once opened. Books and DVDs are not refundable. Mu Metal is custom-cut and not refundable.
