Himalayan rock salt (rich in minerals and trace elements!) inhale and breathe out through your nose. Using it a few times a day will offer relief from allergies, asthma, colds, bronchitis and other respiratory issues. It couldn't be easier!
The "Salitair" model is made of plastic to make it easier and lighter to carry when you travel. Mouthpiece can be removed for cleaning and refilling. Also has a protective cap and comes with a drawstring bag. Measures 6 inches high (at highest point), about 2 inches wide, weighs less than two ounces.
