It passes the water molecule through electrically charged, high-density carbon/ceramic/graphite probes, transforming it into free, liberated hydrogen and oxygen radicals that recombine to form hydroxyl and oxygen radicals. This results in powerful oxidizing agents that sanitize and disinfect the water
