This hand-held light therapy unit has 185 diodes: 90 infrared, which stimulates deep tissue; 60 red, for tissues and cells closer to the surface; 14 green, designed to support the bio-electromagnetic field that surrounds the body; 11 orange, which helps relieve muscle hypertonicity (tension); and 10 yellow, to activate the lymph and stimulate the sensory and motor nervous system.
