Chanson Water Ionizers

Ionizers, as their name implies, generate negative ions. Just as negative ionizers neutralize pollutants in the air, these ions in water neutralize free radicals, which contribute to aging and disease. Ionizers also create microclustered water, breaking down the water into smaller molecules, which increases its absorption into your body. Water ionizers (also called microwater units) make both alkaline and acid water. Use the alkaline water—a powerful antioxidant—for drinking and cooking. Benefits include increased hydration, improved cell function and detoxification. Acidic water, which is a strong antibacterial agent, is great for topical applications such as cleaning skin and healing cuts.

Most models make up to .66 gallons (2/3 gallon) per minute depending on water pressure. Stainless steel housing; compact design fits easily on countertop. Under-sink units have separate stainless-steel faucets with touch-screen controls.

Built-in filter combines activated carbon, synthetic fiber and silver for reduction of heavy metals, bacteria, chlorine and other chemicals.
