Acupressure Stress Relief DVD

Acupressure, like acupuncture, is based on the ancient Chinese theory that the body has energy points (meridians) that can affect organs. Pressure is applied to these points to move energy and bring about changes in the body. This DVD, featuring Acupressure Institute founder Michael Reed Gach, shows how to release tension in the shoulder and neck region using acupressure points. Also works for headache relief.
