We generally ship orders by the following day if we receive them before 3 pm Mountain Time. If we are back-ordered on an item, we will call or e-mail you to let you know. Standard shipping within the continental United States is UPS ground. Ground shipping time varies greatly by geographic region; please call if you have questions about delivery. (When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number and an expected delivery date.) Overnight, two-day and three-day UPS shipping are also available. The shipping chart below lists rates for ground shipping.

At this time, our shopping chart can calculate only ground UPS rates within the continental United States. Please call or e-mail for air rates. Or, we will notify you of the air rate once your order is calculated.

Overseas orders, as well as orders from Alaska and Hawaii, are usually shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (Priority Mail for Alaska and Hawaii; Global Priority or Global Express for overseas). These charges vary depending on destination and weight of order, so the shipping cost calculated by the shopping cart might not reflect the true cost. Please call or e-mail us for rates. 

Some items that are particularly heavy, bulky or fragile have extra shipping charges, which are usually noted in the product description and automatically calculated when you place your order (if not, we will contact you with the amount before processing your order). In addition, some areas of the country incur additional shipping charges imposed by UPS.

In all cases where the actual shipping cost is more than what is reflected in the shopping cart, we will never charge your card without first contacting you with the final shipping charge.
